Together with the Österreichische Mensen Betriebs GmbH, ventopay implemented the digital Mensa.Club, which acts as a central hub for communication, payment and customer loyalty. After a two-year preparatory phase, the Mensa.Club was rolled out in over 50 locations within a few weeks.
Following the completion of the ADPAY (Advanced Data Analysis for Payment Systems) project, ventopay recently launched the next research project entitled HoReMaL. This acronym stands for High Customer Retention for Restaurant Systems through Nutrition Ontologies, Transfer and Privacy Preserving Machine Learning.

On February 13, 2019, the 10th FOOTBALL CONGRESS was held in Austria. As in previous years, ventopay was once again an exhibitor and speaker at the anniversary congress. This time the venue were the VIP and business rooms of the new Generali Arena in Vienna.
As OÖNachrichten and ORF.at reported, the largest canteen in Europe opened at the beginning of December in the office complex Quartier Sechs/Austria Campus in Vienna. Starting in 2016, VAT fraud by a lack of cash registers will be largely prevented. The introduction of the new law will account more than 900 million euros in the state treasury. At present, the minimum turnover for a mandatory cash register is 150,000 euros a year. This limit will be reduced to 15,000 euros in 2016. Companies with less than 15,000 euros in annual sales still don’t need any cash register.
