The seamless integration of mocca®.ai into the overall platform enables direct interaction with all data in the data warehouse, such as the automated enrichment of item data, including CO₂ footprint, water consumption, and health data of dishes. The live dashboard of mocca.admin.web is already equipped with a variety of widgets, including the breakdown of payment methods, comprehensive visitor statistics, sales by product group, the GAS score (Gastronomic Traffic Light System), utilization indicators, revenue forecasts, and additional classifications of consumption data via the mocca®.ai chatbot. Depending on the widget, various filtering and grouping options are available.

Automated invoicing mocca.invoice+

The outgoing invoice module mocca.invoice+ reduces the administrative burden of invoicing non-cash transactions by up to 90%. The visibility of invoices can be individually configured using a role-based authorization system, as can the management of invoice settings and debtors. After configuring the recipients, the sending interval, and other parameters once, mocca.invoice+ handles invoicing tasks efficiently and reliably.

The automated workflow enables manual quality checks and subsequent adjustments to settings. E-invoice-compliant sending, including the associated reports, ensures smooth processing. Automating invoicing minimizes personnel costs and errors and enables faster payment receipts.

New High-Performance IoT Hardware mocca.vend.v3

After two years of intensive development, ventopay presents the newly developed, TÜV-certified vending machine payment module mocca.vend.v3. The further development of the proven mocca.vend vending machine module impresses with state-of-the-art IoT hardware and software design, telemetry, centralized price control, state-of-the-art encryption standards for secure data transmission, and maximum connectivity.

The high-performance module supports common payment methods such as prepaid, SEPA, direct debit against payroll or cost centers, mobile payment, and vouchers. The module also enables credit top-ups via debit card, supports subsidies and discounts, and impresses with its fast payment processes.

Checkout of the future – flexible self-checkout POS with trusted payment

With the innovative combination of the mocca.smart.pos smartphone checkout and the flexible mocca.pos checkout, ventopay is redesigning the future of self-checkout. This solution enables cafeteria operators to implement payment processes independent of available checkout stations and staff. Guests can pay quickly and easily using the app on their smartphone.

The architecturally appealing Trusted Payment System ensures maximum traceability: Color changes indicate every step in the guests’ self-checkout process – from product recognition to successful payment – ​​thus offering maximum security with minimal hardware requirements.

Guests and customers select their food and drinks and place them on the counter. The mocca.loyalty app is used for optical product recognition. The products are captured, recognized, and automatically billed using the smartphone camera. Once the payment process is complete, a color change visually signals this – the checkout process is successfully completed.

Game-changing “forecast”

ventopay already has more than a decade of experience in AI research and is supported by university and non-university research institutions. Guests can easily submit catering requests via a web form in their browser or via the app. The definition of required fields and logic are individually tailored to the needs of the canteen operators and optimally support the respective processes. Sending the invitation via email with a payment QR code is fully automated, allowing guests to pay quickly and easily at the POS.

The complete digitalization of catering receipts reduces the burden on administrative staff and minimizes sources of error.

Maximum flexibility and guest delight with mocca.order

The mocca.order ordering system offers maximum flexibility and delights guests by allowing them to place orders and pay directly at the kiosk or at the table. It supports a wide range of payment options for open and closed-loop payments. Orders are immediately forwarded to the kitchen and, once completed, displayed on the guest display or, depending on the concept, delivered directly to the table.

ventopay is expanding its unique portfolio with an innovative all-in-one kiosk system with an embedded mocca.order ordering system. Thanks to seamless integration into the mocca® overall platform, this attractive offering can be efficiently managed centrally via mocca.admin. Guests select their desired food and beverages directly at the terminal. Payment is quick and convenient with an employee or debit card or the mocca.loyalty app – directly at the kiosk. Nutritional information integrated in a standardized manner via EuroFIR

The latest version of Delegate Food Service Software includes numerous automation features that make commercial kitchens more efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly.

Nutritional information for individual foods (such as apples) and entire meals (such as schnitzel) is now standardized and automatically integrated into the inventory management system via EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource), eliminating manual entry and improving data quality.

HACCP Integration for Consistent Food Safety

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), a systematic concept for ensuring food safety, has been integrated into the Delegate inventory management system. Consistent temperature tracking along the entire process chain ensures seamless HACCP documentation. Sensors for measuring temperatures during delivery, production, transport, and food serving are integrated and automatically synchronized. This ensures seamless quality assurance, while clear dashboards display the current status at all times – for maximum control and safety in everyday kitchen operations.

A clear dashboard has also been integrated into the Delegate system for users, ensuring flexible and digital creation and display of checklists. Open points or missing signatures are displayed and can be added via the touch-optimized interface.
