Highly secure, innovative cash register system for ÖBB

The ÖBB-Business Competence Center GmbH, as an internal service provider, operates around 40 restaurants across Austria to cater for all employees – including in the cities of Vienna, Linz, St. Pölten, Wels, Graz, Innsbruck, Villach, Knittelfeld and Salzburg. There is also a holiday home in St. Urban. With the help of a public tender, ÖBB was looking for a provider of innovative cash register systems. ventopay emerged as the best bidder in this tender and won the contract to install a total of 46 cash register systems nationwide.
