A new feature is available in the customer loyalty module of mocca.admin version 4.9.3.0: the sending of push notifications to your guests’ smartphones via the mocca.loyalty app.
Various push types selectable
There are three notification types available for this:
- With “Feedback” you can e.g. ask for ratings or conduct polls via push notification.
- “Newsfeed” can be used to draw attention specifically to a news item.
- With the help of “Modules” you send links to an app module such as the bonus program so that your guests can see the current bonus point balance with just one click.
The title and the message text are just as freely selectable as the time of sending. With all push notifications, you can of course select exactly which guests the push should be sent to at customer group level.
Individual interaction with your guests
Use this feature to interact with your guests individually and with very little effort thanks to high automation. This new function makes it possible to ask guests about the food they have consumed after the purchase. In this way, you can further develop your restaurant exactly to the needs of the guests.
