Hagenberg/Vienna, February 9, 2024: ventopay Holding GmbH, a leading platform for digitalization and innovation, has secured a strategic minority stake in the Delegate Group, a leading Viennese company in the field of food service and merchandise management systems. The strategic alliance between the two innovation leaders deepens the long-standing partnership and promises significant benefits for customers and partners in the community catering industry. The further development of the overall digital platform will comprehensively map the value chain from merchandise management solutions to cash register and payment systems to direct guest communication and enthusiasm via app.
