Mobile payment and customer loyalty for GO Gastro

Nine locations equipped with the mocca^® product range

In addition to four hotels that received a mobile checkout solution based on Android, ventopay equipped five company restaurants with the mocca^® system. The products range from stationary cash registers and pre-order solutions to a web-based administration interface for corporate customers for subsidy management. In addition to the fully automated billing processes, a particular highlight at GO Gastro was the customer loyalty solution mocca.loyalty, which was commissioned both in the form of an app and a website.

Customer loyalty made easy with the mocca^® app and website

The mocca.loyalty app and website offer great added value for guests. In addition to viewing menu plans, opening times and a daily newsfeed, the consumed items and bills can be checked at any time. Payment is made directly in mocca.loyalty via wages and salaries or in the prepaid version with credit that is topped up in advance. Remaining credit can be transferred back directly to the bank account from the app via SEPA. The feedback module also makes it easy to respond to suggestions from guests.

Minimized administrative burden for subsidies

Guests in the company restaurants who receive a subsidy from their company can be integrated into the system without any administrative effort on the part of GO Gastro. The administration of the subsidy programs and accounting is done directly by the company’s HR departments. By simply linking the employee card with the app, guests can independently top up their credit and consume something in the restaurant.
