For many years, ventopay with headquarters in the Softwarepark Hagenberg has been supporting its customers in the area of digitization of all front-of-house processes, in addition to equipping them with cash register and payment systems.
Our innovations and fresh ideas, which we always bring to the product development and expansion of our mocca® system, inspire guests and operators alike. We were recently able to win a major order from an established aviation company, whose locations throughout Germany are now being converted to ventopay’s mocca® system. Rollout is planned for autumn 2022.
In the tendering process, a holistic concept was required, which, in addition to cash register and payment systems, primarily promotes customer enthusiasm using an app, web shop and digital interaction. Customers should have the opportunity to obtain goods, information and services anywhere in Germany at any time and also to offer the operator the opportunity to constantly develop further in line with customer requirements by means of targeted feedback.
The holistic solutions from ventopay already covered a scalable cash register system, web shop, loyalty and feedback systems as well as payment via smartphone. For the first time, an automated news module from a partner is used in this project:
With Newsadoo, an intelligent news system was integrated into the mocca.loyalty app for the customer, which enables the more than 120,000 employees to be fed with relevant news content fully automatically. Using artificial intelligence, the relevant posts are identified and played out from the broad content pool of both external and internal media and also from social media channels. Fully automatic, digital specialist or topic newspapers or a company newspaper are created, which can be seamlessly integrated into the mocca.loyalty app.
The one-time curation of these digital newspapers takes place within a very short time by defining the subject area, selecting the desired sources and the appropriate curating settings. Everything else is fully automated.

The solution is currently being rolled out in parallel at a very large Austrian gastro chain and will soon be available to all other interested ventopay customers.
