In addition to mocca.invoice+, the latest, compact self-checkout with AI food recognition makes the checkout process much easier and only requires a tablet as hardware. Menus are automatically captured by camera and entered into the cash register system. The payment process is done via QR code scanning. Guests can now place their orders using the mocca.order ordering system directly at the table using the ventopay app. Thanks to the seamless connection to the mocca® overall system, the order including the table number is automatically transmitted to the kitchen and the service staff. These space-saving and flexible solutions offer significant relief for teams. Without staff and around the clock, employees and guests are fed with Smart Fridges. From product purchase, payment, unlocking the refrigerator and billing for the desired items, the entire process is completely digitalized.
Promote sustainability and health with digital innovations
The ventopay app offers numerous new functions for visitors to INTERNORGA 2024. A real-time display of the CO2 footprint makes the development of operational sustainability transparent. For managers, the ESG key figure is displayed per company or across all locations. Filters enable individual adjustment of the step size (day, month, quarter, year) and the locations.
Employees and guests can keep an eye on their own CO2 footprint at all times and can compete with their colleagues thanks to the gamification approach. In addition, a health indicator is displayed in the app. The value gives employees and guests easy guidance when selecting their menus and subsequently the opportunity to analyze their own eating and drinking behavior.
Efficiency and flexibility as drivers of innovation
More efficiency in processes and greater flexibility for your guests – with “mocca.order Conference”, food and drinks can now also be booked for conference rooms. The conference catering is characterized by intuitive operation, automated forwarding to the kitchen, transparency in the event of subsequent changes and billing based on cost centers.
To serve guests efficiently, ventopay also offers an all-in-one SoftPOS solution, which is fully integrated into the overall digital platform. The light and compact handheld combines a mobile cash register and EC terminal and is optionally available with a receipt printer. The new smart cash register in the ventopay app requires no operation at all. This allows guests to make uncomplicated purchases on their smartphones through direct product selection, product scanning or QR code scanning. The smart checkout even works offline, making shopping convenient without an internet connection.
With another innovative function, dishes can now be easily photographed with a smartphone and linked directly to the corresponding item detail in the central administration platform. With just the push of a button, the images are automatically displayed on all screens – Digital Signage Deluxe.
The real-time management dashboard delivers efficiency and flexibility in the form of key figures. It shows key figures at the location level as well as across the company and is available 24/7 via app or PC to enable precise control and optimization of company restaurants.
