Team leader Mobile Development

Oliver Barth, MSc. has been with ventopay since July 2017. In his role as team leader for mobile development, he is the link between the management and the mobile development team.

As the first point of contact, he clarifies any questions that arise, solves challenges and ensures the smoothest possible process around his main projects, the mocca.loyalty app for iOS and Android and the mobile cash register mocca.touch.mobile.

Deputy team leader Service & Support

Jakob Pühringer joined ventopay in February 2018, where he has been looking after customers’ technical inquiries as a System Consultant in the support team. In order to provide the team leader Benedikt Kiesenhofer with a right hand, Mr. Pühringer has now been appointed as the deputy team leader for Service & Support.

In his new position, he is mainly responsible for the proactive care and support of existing customers as well as the monitoring and surveillance of the systems. Failure analyzes are just as much a part of his tasks as the organizational team management on behalf of Mr. Kiesenhofer.
