The AIAMES research project (AI Assisted Menuplan Engineering and Sustainability) brings over ten years of research directly into your kitchen: the intra‑day production forecast visualizes, in real time, the comparison between sales forecasts and actual sales. This enables you to plan preparation and production in precise 15‑minute intervals, significantly reducing food waste and easing the workload for your team.
In addition, the AI performs automatic data enrichment, such as assigning the carbon footprint of each dish within the master data and automatically displaying this information via digital signage.
The AI optimizes quantity planning, reduces food waste, and enables multi‑criteria decision‑making — based on contribution margin, sustainability, or other key factors. Results can be transferred directly to partner systems such as the Delegate merchandise management system to optimize purchasing and production processes well in advance.
