In the last few weeks, ventopay welcomed two newcomers to “Team mocca^®“: Verena Anzinger and Cedric Hanske.

Verena Anzinger

Verena Anzinger has been supporting the ventopay gmbh service team since June 2022.

As a support telephone operator, she is the first point of contact for inquiries to support and records customer concerns for further processing by the technicians.

“Working at ventopay is very enriching for me, because here I can get to know a completely new product in the world of technology and at the same time I enjoy being in contact with our customers.

I am very much looking forward to furthering my personal training for our exciting product and thus actively supporting our customers and my team.”

Cedric Hanske

The Essen location also has a second, new colleague in Cedric Hanske. Cedric has also been working as Area Sales Manager in the North region since July 1st, 2022 – before that he was Sales Manager in a catering company.

In his new role at ventopay, he wants to develop the right concept for all customers and equip them with innovations in the field of cash register and payment systems.

“Only those who know their goal will find the way.

I am looking forward to making community catering smarter and more innovative with my colleagues at ventopay and thus inspiring our customers in the long term.”
