The innovative large kitchen of tomorrow

Innovative and sustainable concepts for the commercial kitchen of tomorrow: This was the main focus of the event “Construction and operation of commercial kitchens and modern company catering”.

From June 29th to 30th, 2021, best practice examples for the digitization of existing processes and the introduction of new business models were presented at the specialist conference in the Design Offices Munich Atlas.

In the lecture “Digitization: An Opportunity Beyond the Crisis”, Stefan Wögerer, Regional Director of Eurest Austria, explained the challenges of communal catering in the year of the pandemic. He also showed how new business models were developed together with ventopay.

Using mocca.order2home, for example, pre-orders and deliveries of food to employees at home can be managed. The digitization of customer communication with the mocca.loyalty app also leads to enthusiastic guests.

As a platinum partner, ventopay was in charge of an on-site exhibition stand where the innovative solutions were presented in a demo system. The interested visitors were able to convince themselves live of the functionality of the integrated mocca^® overall system.
