The automatic recognition and booking of the food and drinks in the POS system takes only 0.3 seconds. Including the cashless payment of the restaurant guest, the entire checkout process takes a maximum of 3 seconds. For comparison: A normal checkout process that requires manual intervention takes ten times as long at 30 seconds.

Depending on the desired set-up, both open and closed-loop payment options can be used. Your guests pay via the mocca.loyalty app, for example via wages and salaries or using prepaid credit. Of course, payment by EC card or credit card is also possible.

Hybrid mode allows changing the checkout mode

With the new hybrid mode, a cash register can be used multifunctionally. With just one POS hardware, you can switch between different types of POS software at the push of a button. This eliminates the need for tedious closing and restarting of programs or even hardware modifications.

In hybrid mode, one click is enough to change the checkout software and thus the checkout mode: you can switch from a contactless self-service checkout to a classic, attended checkout.

Flexible mounting variants

The mounting variants range from installing the camera in the ceiling to a separate stand-alone terminal to a flexible camera arm, for which no structural measures need to be carried out.
