For 25 years, ventopay has been a specialist in innovative cash registers for food service and system catering. The ventopay cash register for canteens and dining halls is available as a stationary POS, tablet POS, and smartphone POS.
The cash register fully adapts to your individual needs and is open to all payment methods. It can be operated with cash (open-loop systems) as well as cashless (closed-loop systems). Mixed variants are also possible.
Different price levels in the cash register
For every item available in the staff restaurant, multiple prices can be stored. This makes it possible to charge different prices for various employee groups using subsidies or allowances. Setting up happy hour promotions is also easily possible.
Of course, this feature also comes with time control: All prices can be pre-configured by the operator of the canteen or dining hall, or by the caterer. On the specified day, the cash register automatically applies the correct prices.

The touch interface of the cash register is designed so that it can be used intuitively after a short training. All functions are clearly displayed and self-explanatory.

The cash register interface can be tailored to individual needs. Frequently used items can be displayed clearly on a dedicated tab for quick booking.

Their comprehensive audit showed that ventopay’s POS and payment system is audit-proof and complies with all security guidelines.
